• If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any valid balance remaining will be refunded. However, if closure results from a breach of Terms & Conditions, the balance may be forfeited.
